We have found over time that in general, scope creep becomes diminished as lines-of-communication between the supplier and the beneficiaries becomes clearer. The most ideal scenario is to tackle communications upfront. Clear it up, and keep it clear. Then lock in agreements (with accountability tools) while actively managing that accountability into delivery.
